Payments

All payment transactions (application fee, deposit/holding fee, intermediate payments, and final payment) will be completed through Zelle or Square.

Application

The application fee is a non-refundable $25. This cost covers our time processing the application and performing reference checks. There is no guarantee that your application will be approved.

If you are interested in an upcoming planned litter or have certain characteristics that you are looking for, please complete an application to be put on our wait list.

If you are interested in a puppy on our available page, please complete an application and notate which puppy you are interested in.

Deposit/Holding Fee

A non-refundable deposit/holding fee between the cost of $500 - $1,500 will be required upon selection of your choice puppy. This cost is dependent on the final purchase price of the puppy.

Wait List

Our wait list will be for pre-approved applicants waiting for the right puppy to go home. Due to our small program, we cannot guarantee to breed for any specific color or traits.

During the waiting period, failure to communicate within two (2) weeks when we reach out about puppies will result in removal from the wait list.

Prices

Our puppy prices are set according to the market for AKC chihuahuas. They are non-negotiable.

Our prices start at $2,200 and can go up to $6,000.

After the initial deposit, the full amount must be paid at minimum one (1) day prior to when the puppy is ready to go home, depending on age of puppy. Details for final payment will be relayed to approved applicant and will be stated in the Bill of Sale.

Payment Plans

At this time, we are not accepting payment plans.

Puppy Pick-up / Shipping

We prefer for clients to pick up their puppies in person. For local pick-ups, we will contact you for a public meeting place.

We are happy to meet out-of-state clients at the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL) in Atlanta, GA. 

We will work with a pet nanny (PetJetPals) if you require shipping. This is a third-party service and will have an additional cost (usually between $400-700) that will be discussed and contracted between you and the pet nanny service. Our preference is to recommend you planning to pick up your puppy yourself.

Holding Puppies

If you are unable to pick up your puppy at the designated time that the puppy is deemed ready to go home and/or the agreed upon pick up date, iChihuahuas can provide boarding at a fee of $20 a day or $115 a week. You must request and we must approve a boarding plan and schedule. Boarding will only be provided for a maximum of two (2) weeks.
